the breakfast offered a large variety of choices i found the restaurant decor very pretty i liked that parking was free the location was also very central SO accessible
the room felt quite small and the bathroom experienced flooding i found the bed shook whenever my partner moved the hotel price felt quite high for what was provided

central location breakfast options helpful staff electric kettle
The location rules. It's right where everything happens. the breakfast includes many options, like fresh pastries and smoked salmon. the staff was on point. They helped me with everything i needed, including printing my boarding pass, and i saw that room service was available until late at night. i liked that my room includes an electric kettle and a selection of teas.
The elevator was sometimes slow. I think many guests used it at the same time.

My room features a modern design with functional furniture. I see that each room has a flat-screen television with international channels plus a safe. the blackout curtains works great for a good night's sleep. They blocked all the light. the bed includes quality linens.

The hotel offers complimentary access to a sauna. It's open every day. the lobby is spacious with comfortable seating areas. I noticed many guests relaxing there. i saw a tour desk in the lobby. They book local excursions, i think.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. I ate local specialties and international favorites. i could see that the hotel houses two restaurants. Monte rosa offers a fine dining experience, and bull bar serves casual fare. the hotel bar mixes nice cocktails. I tried a local beer.

The front desk personnel were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good with several options available. The location is quite central.

wide selection central location
The breakfast buffet had a wide selection! I found various local Finnish foods and drinks available. The location is central! It made it easy to walk to the bus station for Santa Claus Village.
The gym hours are a little limited.

Acceptable Stay. Issues Present
poor soundproofing unstable bed
I found the soundproofing quite poor. Noise from other rooms was noticeable. The bed was also not very stable. It shook a lot anytime my partner moved, this affected sleep quality considerably. This was frustrating. I didn't expect these problems at this price point.
